Likes: computers, video games, every game console that exists, the TV, anime, manga, the Power Rangers, chocolates, anything with chocolate, candies, surfing the internet and/or playing video games, reading history books (although, this is a hobby he'd be willing to keep a secret forever), annoying Arthur,
Dislikes: Arthur, not finishing the game he started, blackouts, waking up early, going to bed early, his jerk brother, his jerk brother's cooking, not having at least one chocolate bar a day, Arthur, large cardboard boxes
Personality:
Peter's always the energetic one compared to his older brother, Arthur. People have always wondered where the boy gets all his energy when they hardly ever see him doing sports or just play anything besides his video games. Peter thought it must be because of the sugar.
He's also a closet nerd/smart kid, with a huge fascination for World History. He would spend some nights pretending he was playing a new game when in fact, he was reading historical trivia and articles on the web. Other nights, he would really play a game. Even though he enjoys learning, he'd much rather let people know that he's into video games and anime than books.
He's also one of the few people who can eat Arthur's cooking. However, he feels that Arthur doesn't need to know that.
He's very friendly, kind and polite towards other people. He wouldn't hesitate to make friends with anyone new. However, when it comes to Arthur, he would always have to act like a brat... except when the situation calls for him to be a caring young brother.
Past of the character (Hows life outside school?):
Peter had lived most of his life with his older brother, Arthur, at England. As a child, he used to admire his brother a lot. However, after their parents divorced, he tried to distance himself from the rest of them and ended up acting like a brat towards his family.
Outside his family, he's friendly towards everyone and would not hesitate to help someone in need.
When they moved to America, Peter thought that it's easy to get along with Alfred and Matthew since they're not like Arthur. He could play some video games with Alfred and he could ask Matthew some stories about his life back at Canada.

Roleplay Sample (Show us how you play):
Peter stood outside the school gates for fifteen minutes that morning. He tried to take in the sight of the place and the sound of people talking all at once. The feeling he got when he arrived was something different - something so new he could barely explain what it is.
It's his first day at an international school. He's excited, nervous, and anxious all at the same time. He didn't go with Arthur on his way here. He thought it's much better if he's not there to see him struggle to contain the butterflies in his stomach.
He took a deep breath. This is it, he thought. A new day, a new school...
Peter strode confidently past the school gates. Inside, he noticed more how incredibly varied the student population is. "It's like, everyone from all over the world is here...," he murmured to himself.
As soon as he passed by the schoolyard, he saw someone standing alone under the huge tree. It was a boy roughly around his age and he noticed that he was shaking. He must be really, REALLY nervous, he thought. And so, he went up to him with his bright, cheerful smile and said,
"Hello there! My name's Peter. And you are?"
